Invoice terms: In the event of non-payment on the due date, the customer shall owe, by operation of law and without notice of default, late-payment interest of 1% per month. If the debtor fails to pay the invoice on its due date through negligence or without valid reason, the invoice amount shall be increased by operation of law and without prior notice of default by 12%, with a minimum of 50 euros, as compensation for extrajudicial costs.
